Roasted Cauliflower with Kalamata Vinaigrette from Epicurious
Caulilflower

¼ c
Olive oil
Garlic
Clove
2 TB
Lemon Juice
¼ c Chopped
Kalamata Olives
Drizzle florets with olive oil, salt, and pepper
Bake at 450 F for 25 minutes, turning once
Mix minced garlic, lemon juice, 2 TB olive oil, olives,
salt, and pepper
Serve cauliflower drizzled with the vinaigrette
